You can enjoy free entry to the Academy Museum this Sunday, June 14!
To celebrate FIFA fans visiting the city, the L.A. museum is organizing a “Fútbol Free Day.” From 10 am to 6 pm, guests can enter the Academy Museum for free and enjoy three films in 35mm. Fruit vendors will be giving away 100 free servings at the Walt Disney Company Piazza from 11 am to 4 pm, first-come, first-served.
Additional activities include “Inflatable human foosball” from 11 am to 4 pm at the Walt Disney Company Piazza, with Fanny’s taco stand operating from 12 pm to 5 pm.
The three films being screened in 35mm are Bend It Like Beckham, Shaolin Soccer, and Offside.
Guests can explore the museum’s ongoing exhibitions without the need for reservations. Exhibitions include Jaws: The Exhibition, Studio Ghibli’s PONYO, Barbie to Anna Karenina: The Cinematic Worlds of Sarah Greenwood and Katie Spencer, and more.

How much is entry typically?
Typically, entry to the Academy Museum costs $25 for adults, $19 for seniors (62+), and $15 for students. Children 17 and under and visitors with a California EBT card can enter for free. Reduced admission is available after 4:30 pm: Adult tickets are $18, seniors are $15, and $10 for students.
