FYI. You can’t walk down from Torrey pines state beach to blacks beach. You can walk south after reaching the beach and provided it’s low tide you may be able to get to blacks beach.

FYI. You can’t walk along the coast from La Jolla shores to the cove. There is a marine sanctuary surrounded by cliffs in between .
