Went on this cruise last August 2025. Over 7 thousand ppl, including crew. So bloody crowded! Pools were packed, couldn't get near them let alone in them. So many kids, all I could think of how most of them were peeing in the pools. The one area for adults had a series of mini pools, draining into each other. Bars next to all of these pools. The adults stay for hours in these pools. They were probably peeing too. God forbid they get up and visit the real toilets ! Felt bad for the ppl at the lower pool, since ALL the upper pools drain into each other! We were supposed to have 2 stops. But only had 1 stop in Ensenada…. So much like Tijuana! Cabo was cancelled due to rain. Friends staying in Cabo said there wasn't any rain.
The cabins were sound proof, from others passengers, but the constant loud creaking of the ship was enough to drive a person to drink! Don't plan on sleeping, it's impossible! Beds are hard & horrible. Had to ask for a small pillow, because their pillows are so fat you'll notice the neck pain the very 1st night.
The spa is outrageously priced. Hundreds $$$ for a massage or any other spa treatment.
Ovation also blocks your cell reception. You have to pay $35 daily to get internet!
Robotic bartenders….. Yeah they are gone. They wete cool just to watch them. We were told they were taking them out on the next cruise.
You don't get to pick your rooms either. You get what they give you! Our balcony (thank God we had one!) had the view of the life boats! We saw very little of anything on our balcony!
My 1st time on a cruise and I couldn't wait to get home. I don't understand the desire honestly.
All the parents with toddles were walking around with cocktails or beers like they just discovered alcohol. Mostly ignoring their kids. Can't tell you how many times I witnessed toddlers running around the pools and dinning rooms by themselves!!! The parents were oblivious and intoxicated.
The crew was absolutely fabulous! So agreeable and polite! The only good thing was the crew.
