Another uniquely LA museum you didn't list is the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures.
There are several others like the Getty Villa, MOLAA, and the Hammer Museum.

Unique to LA is the Page Museum, next door to LACMA. It's the museum for the La Brea Tar Pits.
