4 days in Long Beach California

This is so fun to watch!! Happy anniversary!

Thanks for making me homesick. I was born and raised in Orange County, CA. All of the rockwork that is in Shoreline Village was done by a company that my late Dad and I worked for. They have a 99 year lease on the rock quarry on Catalina Island. Their office was on the left hand side of the new Desmond Bridge and on the right side was where the Long Beach Naval Shipyard used to be. And Huntington Beach sure has cleaned up their area by the pier. Back in the 60's/70's it was like a rat hole. Those islands by the first beach that you went to are really oil wells and that white dome next to the Queen Mary was built to house the "Spruce Goose" Howard Hughes plane. Man sooo many memories are flooding my mind right now. Cruising up and down PCH trying to impress the girls which sometimes worked and sometimes was a fail. All I know for sure we had a lot of fun sadly some of those friends are no longer with us. And as we used to say back in the 70's Later.
