  3. This is dated the average price in this area is well over a million. My mom paid $$6,500 for her house and a house with the same floor plan sold for over a million
    I am not sure where the ratings came from. No one really wants to live on the west side, that is west of the LA River, or in most of North Long Beach, the area generally meaning the part of town north of Del Amo
    There is a los Altos in Long Beach it is near Cal State Long Beach and is a,great part of town it isn't up to Bixby Knolls which should have been grouped with the Cerritos area in the top two or three

  7. Note: Stay Away !!! way overpriced. way overpopulated. Over Taxed. parking sucks and the City runs all the puplic utilities $$$$ and to much CRIME
