The fire, known as the Creelman Fire, ignited Wednesday afternoon in the 300 block of Creelman Lane in Ramona, as reported by Cal Fire. By 3:56 p.m., the fire had expanded to 80 acres and was uncontained at 0%.
“The fire has reached 80 acres and is spreading rapidly, affecting San Diego Country Estates,” stated Cal Fire officials on X.
