Fire Aid Concert Brought Out Mega Stars To Help LA Fire Victims

A star-studded lineup of 27 musicians came together Thursday night for FireAid, a benefit concert dedicated to rebuilding communities devastated by the recent Los Angeles wildfires.

The event took place across two major venues, the Intuit Dome and the Kia Forum, drawing thousands of attendees and millions of online viewers. Fans worldwide were able to watch the performances via a free live stream on CBS News 24/7, accessible on CBSNews.com, the CBS News app, and Paramount+. Additionally, select AMC Theatres will screen the concert for those who missed the live broadcast.

The wildfires, which ignited on Jan. 7, have left a path of destruction, claiming at least 29 lives and burning through tens of thousands of acres. Entire communities have been reduced to ashes, with Altadena and Pacific Palisades among the hardest-hit areas. Local officials announced earlier this week that efforts to clear debris and begin rebuilding are now in progress.
