The incident took place at approximately 3:50 p.m., when an unidentified male allegedly engaged in inappropriate contact with the victim.
Reportedly, the suspect tapped the back of his hand against the victim’s chest and later returned to slide his arm against her chest area a second time, as stated by the department. The suspect is described as an adult male with brown hair, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, lacking facial hair, and wearing a blue T-shirt, black joggers, and black and white athletic shoes.
