Two individuals were hospitalized following a head-on collision involving two vehicles in San Diego’s Allied Gardens area early on Tuesday morning, November 26, 2024.
Officers from the San Diego Police responded to the incident on Mission Gorge Road, in the 6700 block, around 1:00 a.m. The crash involved a Honda Civic driving west in the eastbound lanes and a Nissan sedan.
The collision resulted in injuries that sent the driver of the Nissan to the hospital. The Honda Civic’s driver was also taken to the hospital for treatment and was subsequently arrested.
The San Diego Police Department is still investigating the matter, and additional details have not yet been disclosed.
