The Independent Professional Seed Association (IPSA) is kicking off its 36th annual conference this week in beautiful Palm Springs, California. This premier event brings together the who’s who of independent seed for four days of networking, innovation, and inspiration. Whether you’re attending in person or following along remotely, this year’s lineup promises to be worth watching.
A Week Packed with Insights and Innovation
The conference begins with GreenLeaf’s Winterfest today, a lively kickoff that should set the tone for the week ahead. On Tuesday and Wednesday, attendees will dive into two intensive days of IPSA sessions featuring back-to-back speakers covering everything from navigating market shifts, to building a multi-generational workplace, to digital agriculture advancements and more. Tuesday and Wednesday also feature four major keynotes: ag commodities expert Shawn Hackett; former FBI hostage negotiator and CEO of the Black Swan Group, Chris Voss; CEO and Cofounder of Ohalo Genetics, David Friedberg; and US Navy Veteran J.J. Cummings. IPSA2025 wraps up on Thursday with Inari’s SEEDesign Summit, intended to be a forward-thinking exploration of seed innovation.
