  1. The waterfall is from snow melt in the Mountains. San Gregorio snow melt is what provides water for the Aquifer. The reason for Palm Springs. .

  6. Excellent video, Michael. A native of Los Angeles, I've been going to PS since I was a kid. Next time you're down there, check out the Margaritaville Resort Palm Springs. Not only is it one of the newest resorts in the area (it opened in late 2020,) but it's the first Margaritaville Resort on the west coast. What's cool about it is that the property is not new. The resort was designed using the original bones and layout of the legendary Riviera Hotel, which opened in 1959 and was frequented by such Hollywood A-listers as Elvis Presley and Frank Sinatra. The classic resort was given a beautiful makeover so it has that beachy Margaritaville feel. Also, for great Mexican food in Palm Springs, try Las Casuelas Terraza on Palm Canyon Drive.

  8. Hi, I wanted to ask why do you use plastic utensils in bistros everywhere in the USA? That means a lot of plastic waste. Here in Europe, ceramics are used.
