  3. Great video as always… I just think there is a question no one is asking when it comes to these third world countries and it's how do they feel about government relations with other countries and is that a fear… I think that would be my fear….

    However, that not the best value when you compare it to the that other condo you showed, the 3 story condo with the middle aged couple living there. I think that one was $1400 too, right? Maybe this one is more centralized downtown?

  12. WOW, it's good to find out that Americans can own and operate a business there, which Thailand wouldn't allow it "per se". You can in Thailand, but it doesn't seem like it would be 100% ownership.

  16. Wonderful interview but can we please transition from using the word “cheap” and replace it with the word AFFORDABLE. There is nothing cheap about these incredibly breath taking south East Asian countries. They are magnificent. Also, when everyone cheap, cheap, cheaps everything, the prices start to increase.

Not looking to spend that kind of $ when i leave the states.. love the smaller town feel to it.. please do a video with more condos and let us know about the VISA..The couples you interviewed that live in Da Nang were paying less..ok blessings..good move brother..

  20. Stop right there! 14:57, one thing most (all) of these travelers do is primarily stay in an 'expat' area. One thing I don't do when I travel to Vietnam is be around expats. No offense but I want to see and be around the locals. I still don't speak Vietnamese but after 15 years of visiting the last thing I want to do is be around foreigners that is (Koreans, Indians,europeans, etc.). I must admit I enjoy District 1 because that's where the live jazz venues are.

You should be more accurate ("no racism", almost cut the stream, seems he got more real), precision needed on actual cost of each meal, including dinner, be specific in detail, otherwise misleading when not being clear or glancing over matters, here for results, please. As for making income, allegedly US Prop Firms don't allow trading in Vietnam, if true, think so, suspect this will change in a few years or so, curious if able to address this topic. What about Internet reliability, actually naming or showing images of "good health care", cite accurate ratings, otherwise good content covered, just more details needed.

  22. Once Americans & Europeans realise how affordable and nice a certain country is they move there and things start to get expensive in that country because of the demand, for example, South Africa😂
