  1. Wilma’s was closed twice in 2024 after failing health code inspections. Cockroaches and other unsanitary conditions. I’ve all but given up on the dining scene in the desert.

  6. This is just like "Les Frenchies" where a couple feature a restaurant, take a photo of their plate (No idea what it is) and then film themselves eating. Like watching someone from a third-world-country trying fast-food and hyperbolizes on how Great it is.

  13. I agree with Jimmy on the Cheeky’s bacon I think its too thin and overpriced, they seem to have an attiude and I quick going after many years its more of a tourist spot. You should check out the “Farm” next time for breakfest its definitely solid. Also after going to Palm Springs for over 20 years I finally went to Copley’s on Palm Canyon last year, the food was faboulus and the ambience sitting outside on a beauiiful night is a 10, this is a place for a special occasion. Thank you!

  15. I was in Palm Springs in late August. I ate twice at Sherman's Deli and Bakery. Once for breakfast and once for dinner. My omelet was very good, along with bacon and rye toast. Huge portions. At dinner, I had their half chicken which was baked not fried. It was excellent with greek spices. Much of the bakery was over the top good. They have a deli there for pastrami etc which I heard was really good. It was in downtown Palm Springs and always busy. They have the staff to handle it and the service was great. I'll check out other spots from your video when next there as I did not get to any of those.

  19. This the 1st video of yours that I have seen. Thank you Jimmy and Babs, keep them coming please. Anything off the beaten path the better! From west of the 405 to the Palm Springs broad area is my world. Breakfast, brunch, happy hour, small bites, tastings, dinner, "late" night, 24h and places to get stuff for picnics or the bowl. Oh and did you see that PS got a dog Mayor this week, soo cute!
