When the water gets turned off, you can still flush the toilet once, bc of the water in tank. So you can still use the toilet as long as you can refill the tank

😮Amazing ! Unreal location that only selected few can get into to document . Good job gaining entrance with out damage . The sewer was disgusting for a multi mil local. It was bubbling since the water pressure has been messed with. The only thing I did not care for was any close ups of to toilets especially when Mack and the Boys have recently slammed heroin and took a shat or the other way around. Any which way watch your back at these locations for drugged out lunatics that might think you are there to kick them out or just freak out that they have been discovered and wheel a quick knife ! It happened to a friend and he had they just about gutted him inside out! So be careful and carry an equalizer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The land is more valuable than house. House could remodeled. Building codes may have been changed but an architect can design a new home where everything is demolished except one wall so it can classified as a remodel rather than new construction.

Oh well, a homeless person wouldn't complain about dirty looking water, it would still be a luxury to them and then they get an awesome view while cleaning up!!
From the real estate listings from back in 2022 it was listed as an investment property to build a huge home on, so I'm sure it will be demolished with the right buyer. You would
think it would already have been bought, but the last listing was for $12 million, so I doubt it will ever sell for that!

Not sure what you expect to hear when you ask if anyone is in there. If I was staying inside a place or up to no good, and heard someone/s coming inside, I'd find a place to hide and stay as quiet as possible until the 'threat' was gone. May of even been what someone did in this video, when you heard those strange noises at diff times. Someone quickly tip toeing across a room into a closet or something.

Did i miss the kitchen, dining room, family room, basement? That open and multilevel floor plan is not for me. I couldn't live somewhere on the edge like that. Always looking for the pets, wondering if they fell off the house and went over the edge. 🙀 oh yeah, fires and earthquakes too. No thanks.
