  2. we have silver frames on our windows at the Merian, yes the black frames are more noticeable … I don't even use the common spaces, the gym once in a while … the prices keep going up with every new building

  3. waaaay too much $$$$ for those spaces & downtown is heavily omfused with homeless camps, etc. (Valley?)

  11. I'm shocked on how much rent is. My mortgage was $700 a month (bought in 2008). I paid off my townhouse 3 Octobers ago. I feel like young adults are wasting their future on rent.

  12. Sheeesh good I bought in 2021 when intreast rates were low. Rents are more than my mortgage on my condo downtown nowadays. I don’t think we will ever see 2% intreast rates ever in California at least

Simone mail room ornamentation/stone work is of an Italian marble small stones where they are mixed together with something like concrete or something similar in mix and sanded down with a machine that shoots out water to reduce rock dust, and finally buffed which bring out the shine of the marble that you normally see of marble buffed and sometimes you see will it in the post office on their floors or other buildings with brass metal that separate the marble stone if you did already know but just did not mention right at head here, so leaned about this design from an Italian friend home I worked on as a teenager, nice right and a lot of work on enjoyment too. Simone is in little Italy right?

    So that is why you that beautiful marble design in the mail room throughout and maybe other places too! I also, value your idea of having probably a with or silver window and door frame interior but the to provide a two tune exterior to match the outside from top to ground would have too expensive and time it would during manufacturing, but good call to point out. Please do not forget to tour West the next news luxury apartment building coming to the rental market in June 2024, which is right down the street from the Simone with a mix use(office space and retail).

What is the best side of a high-rise apartment building should I rent to avoid the hot sun yearly and especially during the summer time in down town San diego? Especially with the cost of utilities rising 2 twice a year it seems like and it does, and as you know they are built somewhat tight to maximize profit and with newer building each floor plan range in different square feet and designed with minimum common area air condition to help the landlord with better operation cost. The new building with tours being offered now at West in down town San diego on Broadway and Union Street is about to open in on May 31, 2024, so I will expect a video maybe from you and West is expected to be full of bells and whistles unlike the other ones you have done in the past 2 years. Finally, West's website is up and running for those who are looking for affordable rent up to 50%, intermediate rent 80%, and market rate 100% at $3,000 to $15,000(penthouses so call and 619-337-1337). http://www.westsd.com

  15. I toured Simone but I’ll forever love 525 olive 😂 I think this building is pretty but whew! 4200$ for a 1b 1b is crazy idc! You can see my old apartment complex right across the way for 2895 ocean view! 1b 1b beautiful!

  17. Hi Eshi, other than relocating to San Diego why did u leave renaissance apartments. It has been my dream place to live. Now it’s not even showing up on Zillow? How was it to live there.

  18. If you haven't already, how about the Winslow in University Heights? Park and…I want to say Meade? Madison? Also, I feel like the one-bedrooms with those window walls are really just convertible studios. I think a legal bedroom has to have a window and somehow they've decided those window walls count!

  19. Deciding between Radian and Diega, right now. What is a better location? Radian is $225 parking, what is the parking situation for Diega, is it pricey?
