Boodle fight is one of the filipino tradition which they started in provinces.. they all gathered in one big fiesta in their town and aligned a long table outdoors and prepared all type of homemade best filipino meals.. the roasted pork or Lechon is their best feature food delicacy to all their visitors or participants in boodle fight or food festival tradition..

That is not a boodle fight, for you have your own plate,, boodle fight is that all the participants must be in standing position, side by side with the other, the rice is place in the middle of the table with the viands were scattered along sides of the rice, you cannot call that a boodle fight wherein you comfortably eating your choices food in your own plate

The reason its called sawsawan is because ur supposed to dip ur protein on it.. ur not supposed to throw it on ur rice..! Deym, that pinoy i guess never been to the philippines when his young. sad that most filipinos out there doesn't even know traditional filipino do it.. pfff..
