  19. I love the small-ish town I live in now, but I really miss having lots of options for different types of food from all over the world that were available in a big city. When I lived in Portland, Oregon and Denver, Colorado there were so many amazing foods to choose from. Now that I live in a small-ish town in Idaho there a couple great Mexican restaurants a super Americanized Chinese place, a Vietnamese place and some Americanized Japanese food, mostly just sushi. It’s the only thing I dislike about where I live now. The nearby towns, like Boise and Meridian, are growing SUPER fast with a huge influx of people from California and my hope is that they’ll bring some great food along with them! I’ll definitely make the drive for some good authentic food from pretty much anywhere at this point! lol

  20. I’m always watching 😊❤

  21. Crispy Pata 6:18 goes well with atchara too, it's pickled green papaya

  22. 5:23 Sonny, have you tried Tinumis? It's the same as dinuguan except tamarind is used as a souring agent instead of vinegar and the pork innards are sautéed together with tamarind young leaves or sprouts
