  3. If there would be a Sesame Street Mardi Gras Parade at that place, I think that Grover would be on the float with Elmo, Rosita would be on the float with Bert, Ernie, and Telly Monster, and Prairie Dawn would be the float with Abby Cadabby as the parade moves.
