  7. I worked at Ozzy's a year ago as their main pizza chef. Their new pizza chef is my buddy Wayne who makes the ranch from scratch and is an original recipe with some key ingredients you normally don't find in ranch. The dough is also not sourdough which is why I think it pulls a lot more punch than most places e.g. since everyone does sourdough, Ozzy's dough has a different flavor profile that makes it standout. Wayne is also a legit pizza chef so that's why the bakes are so precise and leoparding so even.
