  1. There are no such number of beggars and homeless people in Russia.

  2. San Diego is a nice place. You can focus on the worst neighborhoods and make anyplace look bad. And LA is not as bad as this channel makes it out to be either. If you go driving around looking for the worst places in each city what do you expect?

  13. Attended Boot Camp in !982 lived in San Diego County for 40 yrs . Opinion Two main factors contributed to the massive increase in Homelessness. Democrat policies to hand out Free taxpayers money to mostly Drug Addicts and Alcoholics and religious charities making the same mistake. Examples. Father Joes Villages etc. both Bad ideas a Good idea ALPHA Project. Sobriety a must before assistance. P.s personally a Drug Addict and Alcoholic.

  15. Should've turned right on Isla Vista Drive off of Euclid. Beautiful Spanish style homes that have deemed as historical!! It was wonderful in the 70s and still is. The raunchy apartments on Home ave ruined 92105. Our downtown east village sucks. But the rest of harbor drive is awesome

  16. San Diego does a better job at managing its homeless than SF and LA. But it still exists here. Especially in the East End. A blemish on an otherwise beautiful city.

  19. Also live here in SD – The homeless area on the SouthEast part of downtown has always been a bit of a no mans land – no one ever goes there for any reason – maybe some muffler shops. The city does a pretty good job of keeping them THERE! That is the entire point – keep them out of sight and out of mind. Occasionally a few show up with "need food" signs by the airport, but the Harbor Police get ride of them. Keep em moving is the name of the game.

  20. Maybe the best American graffitti I've ever seen. You could take any one of those panels and put them in a big gallery and I'd go see it.
