  4. I've always been interested in taking an amtrak trip but this video has cured me of that horrible thought process. This seems like the worst way to travel anywhere and 800 could get you to alaska and back via rental car or airplane.

  5. How was your stay at The Adamina?

  6. Title is misleading – 5 days Los Angles to Alaska by luxury train sounds like you can take a train from Los Angeles to Alaska. Title could be Amtrak train and Alaskan train.

  7. What the fuck..flying Seatle to Anchorage is not taking the train.

  8. The 'roar' at 34:31 is required when approaching an 'uncontrolled' level crossing. 2 long blasts, 1 short blast, and another long blast that is held until the first engine is through the crossing. There are about 5 uncontrolled crossings that I can hear from where I live, and therefore my brain automatically mutes all the train horns, except the Amtrak, which has a different tone. It isn't the safest thing.

  13. 13:00 that’s the goal of our government. Make us all diabetic, keep the big pharma happy and make sure we are gone before we can collect social security.

  14. I really enjoyed your tour video. Closed caption is so much better than hearing someone yapping all the time. ( Just when you start thinking about what you're looking at, a voice barges in.) Reading is more peaceful and also, narration is subjective, so it can be annoying if someone has poor presentation skills or an annoying voice. keep up the good work. I subscribed the the very reasons above. Thank Very much…

  17. Always an annoying, chatty lady that wants to hold you hostage and force you to listen to her boring life story. "So my brother was in the service…blah, blah, blah".
