Sayulitas Mecca with habanero and jalapeño salsas are the bomb. Can't wait to try these other establishments 😋🤗☺️
@marciasanguinetti3900
You two are great friends – that truly comes through !!! You are both hilarious with your different persosnalities, food enjoyment facials and "giving everything a whirl" Love That Expression !!! Cheers to you for a great yummy video in gorgeous San Diego. PS – my favorite is #4 – especially the lovely mom and daughter…. and the perfectly proportioned lamb burrito heck si !!!
@amandashields5126
el borrego is gross. They are very shysty too
@jameswichman7189
French fries have no business in a Burrito….
@mercyless68
Been eating at El Borrego for years. Love their lamb barbacoa. Gareth, why are you always late to these places? 😂
@firehehe2
You know what? Stay to the end of the video. The Easter egg is at the end when the guy shows the salt & pepper chicken wings from Golden Chopsticks. He’s 100 percent right. Those wings slap! I used to drive 20 minutes South just to order those wings from their original location in National City.
@Magicalsnaps
MJ’s is awesome. We’ve met Kevin and he is such a nice dude.
@jamesmasters4255
What goes in one end comes out the other…..some toilet gettin nucd lol
@dennisgerrits5437
Im sorry, but I have to say it lol. Its TJ Oyster Bar, TJ is for Tijuana, not the initials of the owner lol. "TJ's" lol
@dwatt6785
The Shaq comment was nuts
@beverywhereyouare
Best fish tacos – he said Kikos ?
@raymondchow8722
Whatever you do, do not get the California burritos at any place. Unless you are into 白色垃圾 food.
@jonathanarango4610
El Borrego behind Candyland was op
@Curtis45100
Oh My!! I can't believe how much you can eat. Lord! One bite and I would be done.
@El_Guap
Dude, you seriously need a cardiac center as a sponsor. “Get 10% off with discount code GARETH at the Conrad Prebys Scripps Health Cardiac Center. Every fifth visit gets you a year worth of Lipitor for free.” 🤣
Got to come up to North County Costal… we have some sleepers. Hint, Los Tacos (Al pastor on the trompo, Mexican sashimi, lingua, tripa, 5 types of fresh salsa a day) and Agave Birria (at the gas station) in Encinitas. But we have some real fun dives and dive bars. Come before Captain Kenos is gone and the $5.99 spaghetti special is gone forever.
If you want to do something more elevated the new little Italy restaurant Crudo Cevicheria and Oyster Bar has some bomb aguachiles and a really nice uni toast.
@andrewwilliams6403
You missed a spot out here in Santee. It’s called BAD HOMBRES. I have yet to have anything I did not like. They also have one of the best birria ramens from a taco shop ever
@Sky_daddy_above
Asian fusion restaurant stealing Mexican style of putting it together lol
@gabriellelynne11
Gotta try La playas California burrito in mission beach!
@CaptainPlanet007
When size and overly sauces is the ingredients, it’s just gimmicky at this point.
@rinnachi
i'm from oceanside, living in southeastern pennsylvania, feeling homesick and finding a lot of joy in seeing you run around familiar areas! if you ever end up doing a video on san diego area sushi or seafood places, i think you'd find some unique menu items at wrench and rodent — if you end up checking them out, i hope you enjoy!
@elchakas7053
What sayulitas location is that
@litterbox0908
Two videos dedicated to burritos and you never went to National City!!! ☹️
@WinterShadow131
If the burrito is wrapped and wrapped and deep fried it’s not burrito it’s a chimichanga
@randomutubr222
Eh I live in San Diego, and these guys seem like fine enough cooks, but this “flaming hot Cheeto” gimmick has gone far enough and I’m not into it. This is straight “let’s make stupid menu items for stupid white people” (including the hot Cheeto moz sticks being a dead giveaway lol) to me (I’m white btw). Theres no way you are gonna convince me that $25 bacon wrapped burrito is worth it at all other than some kind of stupid shock value. I guarantee to anyone who is watching this video, your money is better spent on a $10 burrito from any random hole in the wall just making simple, straight forward, delicious burritos on the daily. And I remember when I could get those for $5… such is life 😂
If I’m driving down to Chula it ain’t gonna be for that.
Not hating on anyone who likes it, I’m sure it’s alright, but it ain’t for me and isn’t at all representative of the amazing food we have here.
San Diego is a super underrated town when it comes to our food. Flaming hot Cheeto burritos is a far cry from so much of the culinary delights we have.
@bmcantrell619
Sonora Grill in Moreno Valley has a bacon wrapped carne asada "El Chapo". its fire
@Crayfish-
The Name of the Last one was; " Sayulitas " in Mira Mesa / They are the Ones w/ the Giant Bacon Wrapped Burrito !
" As is or was " before Newsom's Blunder ( @ $ 20. P.H. ) that Burrito was rounded off @ $15.00 per. .
Whatever the Price is Now, if that Restaurant is still there, " Who Knows " ? ! / See @ 16:37
@johnnytx45
A deep fried burrito is called a chimichanga.
@1mandrywallarmytv144
