You're an asshole for filming people at a nude beach without their permission. How would you feel watching a video online and a suddenly seeing your sister/brother/father/mother naked, not knowing they went there? Or imagine someone you work at your job with sees you naked you don't want to see you naked. If the world was less judgmental and more free, this wouldn't be a problem, unfortunately that's not the world we live in. Regardless of the legality, this is just a rude ass thing to do and there's a whole subreddit that agrees. I invite you to post your video in the Blacks Beach subreddit, they will take care of you.

Actual stairs! Wow, the trail has improved, back in the 70s and 80s, it was life threatening climbing down and after a long day body surfing, climbing back up was brutal.

A lot different than when I was there in the 70s. Back then it was less crowded and almost everyone was naked. It was a great place to body surf.
